The Flower Boutique offers the following Satisfaction Guarantee Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly replace your product within 3 days of receipt of the original product. Original product must be returned. Since we sell a perishable product, proper care should be taken to ensure the longest life of your flowers or plants. We will not guarantee products that have been mistreated. We take every precaution to ensure that our flowers are the best quality and have been processed properly before your purchase.
Flowers and plants are living things. Fresh flowers need proper care. The Nose Knows - smell the water. It should smell fresh and clean. Flowers need water daily. Food for thought - commercial flower food solutions are a must for fresh flowers. A packet will be provided with each order, please follow the instructions. Climate Control - Keep fresh flowers out of direct sunlight and away from drafts (like air vents, heater vents or fans). Divide and Decorate - once flowers become older, remove expired flowers and separate flowers into different groupings and place in smaller vases to get more enjoyment from them for a longer period of time.
